What we do

We offer flexible prop rental options to suit your workflow—both in person and online.

Visit our studio to browse the collection and hand-pick your props, or explore our online inventory and send us your selections. If you’re looking for something specific that you don’t see, let us know—we’re constantly updating our collection, and we may already have it or can help source it.

Once your selection is confirmed, we carefully pack everything for easy pickup. Delivery within Toronto is also available for an additional fee.

Who we are

Conveniently located in the Junction, Food Props is a prop rental studio dedicated to tabletop photography, food styling, and commercial productions. Our 1,000+ square foot space houses a curated collection of unique pieces designed to bring food creative visions to life. From ingredient plates to marble surfaces, through cutlery and linens, you will find everything that you need.

As we also work in the industry, we care about supporting prop stylists, photographers, producers and creative teams by offering a thoughtfully selected and ever-evolving inventory. Whether you're working on a commercial shoot, editorial, or film project, we’re here to help you find the perfect props.

We operate by appointment to ensure a personalized experience—reach out and we’ll happily schedule a time that works for you.

How it works

Getting started is simple—send us a message through the contact form to place an order or book an appointment.

Once your props are pulled, we will have them ready for you the next business day - we can do rush pick up if needed.

Props are rented for a one-week period, starting from the day they leave Food Props. Each item is packaged in its own protective wrapping and should be returned in the same condition and packaging.

If something is damaged or goes missing, please let us know as soon as possible and return the item with the rest of your order. Due to the difficulty of replacing certain pieces, broken or missing items are charged at three times their purchase price.
